The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2013, at 16:00, in the Bibioteca Comunale of Vaprio d’Adda – via Marconi, 73 – MI – Italy.

The winners will be informed in advance via a personal letter.

The composition of the jury judging the received works will be announced during the awards ceremony.

• The Rhaeto-Cisalpine (or Padanian) language group includes Piedmontese, Ligurian, Lombard, Emilian, Romagnol, Venetian, Istriot, Romansh, Ladin, Friulian. The Associazion Linguìstica Padaneisa promotes the 2nd Award in Linguistic Studies “Memorial Angelo Giavazzi”, consisting of the following 2 sections:
  • A. translation into a Rhaeto-Cisalpine language of famous works of literary, theatrical, scientific, philosophic nature. The use of a unitary standard [ ] or unitary regional standards or, alternatively, of established standards would be particularly appreciated.

• B. unpublished and original linguistic or literary research on one or more Rhaeto-Cisalpine language. Research considering multiple Rhaeto-Cisalpine languages (or written in a Rhaeto-Cisalpine language) would be particularly appreciated.
